(Hungmi), hereby appoint MITSIS Private Limited of Singapore, UEN number 202401559N, with registered address at 20 Margaret Drive, #39-06, Margaret Ville, Singapore (MITSIS), as a designated distributor of all Hongmi products in Asia.

 

Sales, promotion and distribution channel for these products includes but not limited to only E-commerce. These products will include all current and future products from our company.

The duration of these appointment will be 3 (three) years or until otherwise notify in writing.

The duration of the appointment can be extended one month prior to expiration upon mutual agreement.
